Our heartfelt worship, Bible-centered teaching, and caring community are all focused on helping you grow in faith and discover the abundant life God has for you. It’s not just about attending church—it’s about becoming part of a family that encourages, prays for, and supports one another. We look forward to welcoming you into our refuge, where lives are renewed, hearts are healed, and hope is restored through the amazing love of Jesus Christ.

We build people

At Christian Refuge Church, we are committed to building people up through love, encouragement, and the truth of God’s Word. We believe in equipping individuals with the tools they need to grow spiritually, overcome life’s challenges, and walk confidently in their God-given purpose. Through heartfelt worship, practical Bible teaching, and a supportive community, we strive to strengthen faith, restore hope, and inspire everyone to live a victorious life in Christ. Here, you’ll find a family that celebrates your growth, prays for your journey, and stands by your side as you become all that God has called you to be.

Statement Of Faith:

  • We believe that the Bible is the divine inspired word of God. (2 Timothy 3:15-17)

  • We believe in one God, unique, true and eternal which is manifested in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit who together are one God. (John 4:23-24; Matthew 28:19)

  • We believe that Jesus Christ is the Only Son of our God and Father, conceived of a virgin through the power of the Holy Spirit, that he died crucified, resurrected from the dead, and is now sitting at the right hand of the Father as our intercessor.  (Luke 1:35, Matthew 20:17-19, 28:6-7; John 5:28-29)

  • We believe that man was created by God in a state of holiness but through the temptation of Satan, he transgressed the command of God by free choice and fell from his original state. (Genesis 1:27, 3:6-24; Romans 5:19)

  • We believe that we have all sinned and fall short of the glory of God, but if we repent and believe that the Lord Jesus Christ bore our sins on the cross we can be saved. (Romans 3:23)

  • We believe that salvation involves the redemption of the whole man and is offered to all through the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 2:8, 9; John 3:16)

  • We believe that the justification, new birth and regeneration can only be obtained by faith in Jesus Christ and that salvation is a gift of God through faith in Jesus alone.  (Romans 5:1, 2; Acts 13:38-39)

  • We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and in the evidence in speaking in tongues.

  • We believe in the nine spiritual gifts that manifest themselves today as written in the word of God. (1 Cor 12:7-10)

  • We believe in the baptism by immersion in water.  (Acts 8:36-39; I Corinthians 11:23-26)

    • We believe in the Holy Communion and Feet washing ceremony.

  • We believe that repentance and faith are sacred duties, wrought in our souls by the Spirit of God. (Mark 1:14-15; John 16:7-8)

  • We believe in the second coming of Christ and in the rapture of the Church. (Luke 17:22-30)

  • Marriage is a permanent, exclusive union between one man and one woman. (Matthew 19:4-5)
